Carters Big Day

Happy 5th Birthday Monkey! We love you and are so proud of you. Thank you for being such a sweet loving little man. Carter all he wanted for his bithday was a batman castel and iron man action figure. We also got him some costumes because if you know our monkey he loves to dress up everyday and we also got him some learning games with numbers and letters, and some clothes. Happy Birthday bud!

Ward Trunk or Treat

Hallie and Carter all ready to go to the ward trunk or treat. Hallie picked this year to be tinkerbell and Carter picked Batman. They could hardly wait for the time to come to dress up in there real costumes. Ellie was a sleep she was a princess witch as Carter would say. She slept the entire time in her car seat. Hallie was so excited to get makeup on. Now she thinks it is a every day thing. Wow do I love these kids. Not to mention I think they are the custes things ever!!

They are the best of friends. I love how good they are to each other. Already they try to include Ellie into everything because they don't want to hurt her feelings so I have to remind them that she is only 5 months old and doesnt understand.

Gardner Village

Look out Ghost, Goblins, and Witches here come our little ones to trick or treat.

Our kids are so excited for Halloween. They take after there mom in the fact that they get so darn excited for the holidays. I love it, now I dont look as crazy I can blame it on them. We went to Gardner Village with Lisa, Dan and their bunch, and Matt, Amy and their bunch. We had so much fun. It is so fun to see the excitement on the kids faces as they see each witch and Halloween decoration. I love seeing there eyes light up. At one point we were by a area where the kids could dance and kinda run around and it was a moment I hope never to forget. I love my little family and I hope that I can make each of their lifes the best that I can. That we can have tons of fun with each other that they will grow up and think it is wonderful just to be together as a family.

Looking up to You

Oh what stories have been told. This is how Hallie and Ellie are most of the time. I was in making dinner and looked over and Hallie was telling Ellie some big story. She loves Ellie so much I love to hear her say " Oh mommy Elllie needs me mom, she loves me!" It melts my heart to she them so cute together. You can tell in both there faces how much they adore each other. I hope that they will lucky like me to have a special relationship with each other like I have with my sisters.

Wow I just love this picture of Haligator she looks so cute in I just had to let everyone else see how cute our little woman is. She was talking to me about Halloween and to call her Tinkerbell. That is what she is going to be.

What cute little monsters! Aunt Jamie bought these fun masks to make for Daniels Birthday Party. Carter and Hallie think they are the greatest thing ever. Thanks Aunt Jamie for making out little ones so happy.

Five Months

Wow I am already 5 months old. I love this little woman , she is such a delight. She always has such a big smile for everyone. Yes it is true she is 5 months and is growning up too fast for mom and dad. What can I say I know what you are thinking as you are looking at her wow that is one cute baby. I know I know when you got it you got it. oh wait I really can say what an adorable baby that is she just like the other two are cookie cutters from daddy. That is just fine with me because I think he is the best lookin thing there is.

Halloween Fun

Best Buddies! I love these three little munchkins. They are all set and ready to go. They already Trick or Treat me in our house. They actually make me stand in the hall or in one of the rooms and they knock at the door and then they trick or treat and I of course have to give them a treat. What is funny Carter seriously made me laugh so hard he pulled the line out from Garfields Halloween and said "Me thinks you might be a little stingy with your candy if you dont reconsider I'll make ye walk the plank", clearly we watch to much cartoons. They really are excited for Halloween it makes the holidays so much to have these little ones so excited as well. Not that I am not already excited on my own already searching the stations on the radio to find when christmas music is playing. I know I have issues but I can admit to it so that makes it okay, right?

Big Stuff

"Mom, Hey Mommy watch me"

My cute little man, my how fast you are growing it seems just like yesterday I was watching you take your first steps. I want to slow things down and take a break just to hold you in my arms and tell you that I love you. I love sitting and watching you ride and do tricks like the triple whip(Backyardigans saying) on your new skateboard. Carter is such an awesome dude he earned this skateboard by being a good listener, and making such wonderful choices. I am very proud of you Carter you make mommy and daddy so happy. You are such a wonderful example to your little sisters and such a big help to us all. Carter just kept telling me mom look at how bigger tall I am getting. I love how he says that it that is is saying for growing up. Everyday we here "Am I bigger tall like dad yet?" Oh little man don't wish this time away you have your whole life to be bigger tall. I love you!!!

Looking Back

Happy 6th Anniversary I Love You Ben! Wow I can't believe how fast these six years have gone by. It is amazing how far two high school kids that fell in love have achieved. We first met in 1997 I was a sophmore and he was a junior. Ben was taking mission prep with his brother Jordan from my brother Michael. So one evening I came home from cheerleading practice and he was sitting at the end of the kitchen bar talking with all the other guys. Well here and there we would run into each other. Then came the second semester and we had the same seminary class Bro. Adams (poor man little did he know what was coming). Pretty soon the flirting and talking started and then well it never ended. Not only is he my husband but my best friend. I am so fortunate to truely marry my best friend. We have been through a lot of things together both happy and sad and through it all we stand strong. I love this man he is an amazing husband, father, brother, son, and friend. We wrote while he went on his mission and said well if we are meant to be when he got back then we would see where it would take us. Well needless to say he returned home June 28, 2002 and we were engaged 2 weeks later and married in the Salt Lake Temple on September 19, 2002. We now have three absolutely beautiful children, and we are living life to the fullest. I am so grateful to have met this wonderful man whom I get to spend forever with. I love you babe. Thank you for making me the happiest girl and making all my dreams and more come true. I look forward to many, many more years to come. Happy Anniversary!

My Best Friends

Today Is Sisters Day! So I would like to write a little something about my sisters. I am very fortunate I have 3 amazing sisters. I don't know where I would be without my sisters. They are always there for me through the ups and downs no matter if it is happy or sad. There is a song that Reba the country singer wrote and it is called "My Best Friend". I love this song because it really makes me think about me and my best friends my sisters. It is an awesome song if you havent heard it go out and get it. Thanks girls for always being there and loving me no matter what. I know that I can call any of you and that you will stop anything and just listen to me. I hope you all know that I love you very much and appreciate all that you do. I hope that my girls will have the kind of relationship that we have. As if I am not Lucky enough I am very blessed to have 6 additional sisters they may be sister-in laws but to me they are my sister's. I have been grateful to have close relationships with each of these girls too! Thanks girls and I hope that you all have a great day!

Fun In The SUN

Here is the Captain Poppie, Stearing us into some far out fun. This is up at Jordanelle with Brent, Stacie, Whitney and Rogan. It was so much and so relaxing. I was a little stressed on how it would be with Ellie being so little but everything turned out perfect. Ellie was wondering what in the world we had her in. She hardly made a peep, she I think was just as relaxed as the rest of us.

Sweet Dreams

I love the way she snuggles close to me and the way she makes me feel. When she is anywhere wether in my arms, or someone elses arms I can't help but stare. I feel so blessed that my heavenly father has blessed me and Ben yet again with another perfect little one. I absolutley love being a mother it brings me so much joy and happiness. I love my three little ones and I pray that I can always be the kind of mom that they need. It is so hard to watch them grow up. I want to hold them close to me and never let them go. Why just today my little Hallie said "Mommy you are my Best Friend" I will never forget that moment for as long as I live. I just hope that she always loves me as much as she does and did at that very moment. Carter today while we were folding clothes said to me "Mom you are just the cutest girl" over the simplest things they can make you feel so special. The heading of our blog is Don't Blink it is from a country song that me and ben love, and it makes me think of our little ones and how fast life has already gone by. One blink and my baby is almost 5. I want to just take every day one day at a time and enjoy every single second. Treasure every moment with my kids and my husband. I am so blessed and I take things so forgranted. I have the perfect life! The man of my dreams that is more that I could of ever dreamed of and more, and three perfect kids what more could a girl ask for. Sorry to ramble on but I just and thankful and needed to let it out.

What is this?

Ellie first time to have baby food (rice), September 10. Ellie turned 4 months on the 9th and on the 10th I took her in for her well check and she is doing wonderful. She Is 14lbs. 14 oz., I can't believe how fast time goes by. Me and Ben giggled watching her eat, she seriously looked at us like what is this? She is our little sweetheart. These pictures were the before and the after. Not the cleanest eater. ha ha

Ellie Lyn

Those of you who have seen my kids as babies know that they all love their tongues. I thought this picture was hilarious. I love this little woman so much. She is seriously the happiest baby ever. I just love to sit and stare at her.

Our Little Star

Carters first soccer game. He could hardly wait he was dressed andy ready to go at 8:00 in the morning, and his game wasnt until 10:30. Carter has been so excited to play soccer like daddy. He is on the Black Out team with his cousin Bryson. His number Is 2 and he couldn't be happier. He had so much fun at his game and can't wait to go back and play some more.

Wasn't Me

How can you get mad at that face? Hallie found a puddle of mud in our backyard and decided to have a mad bath and paint the fence. We were ouside enjoying the evening get ready to do our ritual at night and turn on some music, barbacue, light up the fire pit, roast marshmellows, play games and just have a good time. Ben was in the garden picking some veggies and I was doing the finale touches on dinner and we looked over and just busted up laughing. She loves the dirt!

Hallies First Time Boating

Hallie Marie all tuckered out from a day of boating. Hallie even went on a tube ride with mommy. We were watching daddy and Carter tube and looked over at Hallie and she was out.

There is a first time for everything. Carters first time tubing with daddy holding on tight. We went up on Bens dads boat to Jordanelle and had an absolute blast.
